IKEA Everywhere ("we", "us", "our") is an independent reseller operated by Dhanabal Manobharathi, based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India (contactable at madebymano23@gmail.com). We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Inter IKEA Systems B.V. or the IKEA group. "IKEA" and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the genuine products we source on your behalf.

What we do

When you place an order, you authorise us to purchase the listed genuine IKEA product(s) on your behalf and arrange delivery to your address anywhere in India through third-party couriers.

Pricing

Each product price is IKEA's listed price plus our service margin. A service fee and shipping are added separately at checkout. Prices and availability are indicative and may change; the final amount is shown before payment.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable at IKEA, incorrectly priced, or cannot be delivered to your location.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.

Returns

Because each item is purchased specifically for your order, we do not offer returns, replacements, or exchanges for change of mind. Limited exceptions for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery

Delivery is typically 3–7 business days but is an estimate, not a guarantee. See our Shipping Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are a reseller, not the manufacturer; products are covered by the manufacturer's own specifications.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
