Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We source genuine products from IKEA (Hyderabad) and ship them to your address through third-party courier partners (such as Delhivery).

Delivery time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, covering sourcing and transit. Timelines may vary based on your location, product availability at IKEA, and courier schedules. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Shipping is estimated from your delivery pincode at checkout and confirmed once we source your item. A 5% service fee applies per order. There are no hidden charges — the total shown before payment is what you pay (final shipping is confirmed if sourcing changes it).

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details by email.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery; re-shipping charges may apply.
