We purchase each item from IKEA specifically for your order. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

No returns, replacements or exchanges

We do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or items no longer wanted. All sales are final, except as set out below.

Cancellations

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion after verification.

Item unavailable at IKEA

If IKEA cannot supply an ordered item, we will refund that item in full.

Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Service and shipping fees for completed deliveries are non-refundable.
